Our Pipeline

Bringing treatments where they are needed most

ExoVectory is working to treat diseases that medicine has not yet been able to cure — giving patients hope for a future that once seemed impossible.

Our focus is on developing new therapies for inherited genetic diseases affecting the heart and brain, as well as T-cell therapies for cancer.

At the heart of our approach is our exosome-based delivery platform. Exosomes are naturally designed to travel through the body, and our platform has demonstrated the potential to deliver treatments to tissues that are difficult to reach with conventional delivery methods.

This is especially important for diseases of the heart and central nervous system (CNS), including brain tumours. In these conditions, one of the biggest challenges is not only developing an effective treatment, but getting that treatment to the right place.

That is why we chose these diseases. Our goal is simple: to develop a delivery system that can take promising treatments where other approaches cannot.

Lead Programs

Cardio-Muscular

Genetic cardiac diseases such as cardiomyopathy remain difficult to treat with existing gene therapy vectors due to their large DNA requirements and the immune barriers involved in reaching heart tissue. ExoVec™ demonstrates superior delivery to heart tissue in both 3D models and in vivo studies, outperforming benchmark vectors and opening a new route to effective gene therapy for these currently incurable conditions.

CNS Diseases

Delivering gene therapy to the brain remains one of the greatest challenges in medicine. Conventional vectors are blocked by the blood-brain barrier, neutralised by the immune system, or simply too small to carry the DNA constructs required. ExoVec™'s natural ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and carry DNA of up to 36 kb makes it uniquely suited to CNS indications where no effective gene therapy currently exists.

Oncology (T-Cell Therapy)

Many cancers remain difficult to treat effectively, particularly when metastases are located in hard-to-reach tissues. ExoVectory harnesses exosomes as a novel delivery modality for therapeutic cargo, enabling targeted delivery directly to tumor cells or through next-generation T-cell therapies. Our lead program combines ExoVec™ with unique, patented TCR/CAR modules to efficiently deliver these into T cells, enabling both ex vivo and in vivo T-cell therapies.
